2012 – Pawtucket Foundation Special Distinction Award to Nancy Whit and PCDC 

2011 – PCDC receives second MetLife Community Police Partnership Award

2009 – Neighborhood Preservation Award from the Preservation Society of Pawtucket for 141 Montgomery Street

2007 – Citizens Bank Housing Heroes Award

2006 – MetLife Community Police Partnership Award

2005 – PCDC completed 5 affordable condominium units for first-time home buyers

2004 – Community Champion Award from Citizens Bank

2004 – Neighborhood Preservation Award from the Preservation Society of Pawtucket for the Barton St. Revitalization Apartments

2003 – Neighborhood Preservation Award from the Preservation Society of Pawtucket for 232 High Street

John J. Coen Award

The John J. Coen Award for Community Service and Social Justice was created by PCF in 2003 to not only honor and recognize the work that John did during his lifetime, but also show PCF Development's appreciation for others in the community who show the same dedication, commitment and passion for this community service and social justice.

The John J. Coen Award is presented each Fall at PCF's annual meeting.  Please email to nominate somoene for this honorary award.
